Keir Starmer Is Worse Than Vladimir Putin
By Amy J. Williams
Let's be honest, comparing anyone to Vladimir Putin feels like a cheap shot. The man is a dictator, we all know it. Imagine my surprise when I found out that Britain has arrested more people for speech-related offences than Russia since Starmer took office. What Keir Starmer is doing to Britain feels like something straight out of 1984.

Putin is a strong leader, for better or worse. You look at Russia, and you see a country that, whatever you think of its politics, has a clear sense of itself. He controls his borders. He makes decisions and enforces them. When it comes to immigration, he’s made it clear who’s in charge, protecting Russian identity in a way our leaders seem to think is a crime.
Now look at Starmer. Weak, pandering, and utterly incompetent. Yet he’s hellbent on weaponizing the police and the justice system to silence anyone who disagrees with him.
We’ve already seen the arrests. Look at Lucy Connolly, arrested for a social media post. Her crime? So-called “hate speech,” which means anything Starmer and his leftist cronies disagree with. Since when did having a right-wing opinion become illegal? It’s a blatant attack on free speech, and there’s worse to come.

Let's be clear about the Online Safety Act. Don’t let the name fool you. This has nothing to do with protecting children and everything to do with censoring you. It’s a tool to force tech companies to become the government’s speech police, shutting down “offensive & hateful” views, which basically means any opinion Starmer’s government doesn’t like.
This paves the way for Starmer's ultimate goal: the Digital ID. Sold as a convenience, it will be the state's master key to your life. Once your bank, travel, and internet are tied to it, dissent won't bring a knock on the door—it will just see your digital life silently switched off. They're building a prison and calling it progress.
Police Forcefully Dispersing Peaceful “Far-Right” Protest
And who are they targeting? People like us. Ordinary people who love this country and dare to stand up for it. Patriots who protest against the erosion of our values are now called “extremists” and arrested. Putin jails his critics, but at least he’s honest about being a tyrant. Starmer is jailing patriots while pretending he’s protecting democracy.
It’s a sick joke. We have a Prime Minister so weak he won’t control our borders, but so authoritarian he wants a digital leash on every single citizen. Putin projects strength, even if it’s a dark one. Starmer projects weakness abroad while building a prison at home. For the average Briton trying to live their life, the quiet, bureaucratic strangulation by your own government is a far greater and more immediate threat than a strongman in Moscow.
